The southern California agent recruiting division of State Farm needed two things: a great site to attract and educate new agents and a system to track recruits through training. So we came up with two solutions they loved. We built their website using Drupal, making editing site content easy for the State Farm team. And we built the tracking application using Rails, which allowed us to highly customize, well, everything, and allowed State Farm to have great flexibility in cultivating their new talent.
