The Southern California agent recruiting division of State Farm needed two things: a great site to attract and educate new agents and a system to track recruits through training. So we came up with a two-part solution they loved. We built their website using Drupal, making editing site content easy for the State Farm team. And we built the tracking application using Rails, which allowed us to highly customize features they requested to cultivate to new talent. The site needed to be super clean, yet still remind users of California, which we achieved with original illustrations throughout the site, even on the mobile version.
The two sides of the site work seamlessly together, both on the front-end with the user experience and the back-end where the team has great control over candidate information and application status (which it turns out takes along time to complete). Their application numbers have increased as have the quality of applicants. We couldn’t be happier for them.Launch project
